Use this guide to understand how Our Store (Our Store LLC) ships apparel orders within the US and to eligible international addresses.
Processing time
Step 1 — warehouse processing completes within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your garments ship.
Delivery time
Step 2 — after tracking starts, delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or remote locations.
Packaging
Garments are packed for safe handling by the carrier from our facility to your address.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
